انتِحار [مفرد]:
1- مصدر انتحرَ| انتحار أخلاقيّ: تعريضُ السّمعة والنفوذ لخطر الزوال، إضرار بالذات، أو جلب الكارثة عليها.
2- قيام الإنسان بقتل نفسه بوعيه أو بدون وعي، أو هو الفعل المقصود لقتل النفس أو زهق الرُّوح عن سابق تصميم "حاول الانتحار- ميْل انتحاريّ"| انتحار السَّحاب: انبعاقه مُصوِّتًا بالمطر.
• الانتحار الجماعيّ: (حن) خروج جماعيّ لبعض الحيتان من البحر إلى الشَّاطئ.
